BM95 chat.. doesn't work?

hey i have been trying to get the bm95 chat to work so i can find people before starting the game instead of blindly going to multiplayer and hoping to find people. Problem is it doesnt seem to be working right...

i turn it on and this is what i get

[8:19:00 AM] Проверка обновлений...
[8:19:02 AM] Обновлений нет :)
[8:19:02 AM] Подключение...
[8:19:04 AM] Сервер недоступен. Повторная попытка подключения через несколько секунд.
[8:20:04 AM] Подключение...
[8:20:05 AM] Сервер недоступен. Повторная попытка подключения через несколько секунд.

Am i missing a step here? all i know to do is download it and run it but thats not working right.

The problem with a chat is fixing, start and check, at whom absolutely old version, which was downloading till October 2009, don't forgotten to download a new chat that supports autoupdating!
