is it possible to do it over TCP/IP protocol? ... it eliminates the need for internet connection, just for LAN players... EDIT Just found out a curious thing when playing with a friend on notebooks through a cell phone internet (we were both connected by WiFi to he phone)... when the battery on the phone whent dead... the thing is that we didnt even notice, the game went on.... so the online servers just establishes connection between server and cliets and then no internet connection is needed?... a pity that a normal LAN cannot be created |

Gaming over TCP/IP isn't bad idea. I would help to port it to TCP if I had sources... |
